The. Clerk shaII prep area bill once costs have been determined and present it to the owner, due. and payable .immediately. Section 15.. Assessment. On or before September 1 of eachyear,: the Clerk shall list ail :the total unpaid charges for nuisances' abatement and.for each type of current service and charge described .hereunder against each. separate lot or parcel to which they are attributable under this Ordinance. The City Council of Gem Lake Authorizes the Ramsq County Auditor and the Ramsey County Treasurerto act as agents for the .City of Gem Lake. in Ramsey County to collect remaining balances of assessments for improvements in coop crat1oil with the City Cl e rk and .CityTreasurer.
