City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution 2023-0021 <br />October 17, 2023 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT ANNUAL SEPTIC MAINTENANCE INSPECTION CHARGES TO <br />THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR (AUDITOR NO. S372400010) FOR 2023 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, at 7:00 o’clock p.m.; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following members were present: Mayor Artig-Swomley, Councilmembers Hynes-Amlee and Lindner.
