City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution 2022-0021 <br />October 18, 2022 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />(AUDITOR NO. S372300020) FOR 2022 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, at 7:00 o’clock p.m.; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following members were present: Mayor Artig-Swomley, Councilmembers Hynes-Amlee and Lindner. The <br />following members were not present: Councilmembers Cacioppo and Johnson. <br /> <br />NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 4.13.2, of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the following described <br />parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br /> <br />Property ID No. Certification Amount <br />27-30-22-42-0021 $254.14 <br />27-30-22-11-0031 $422.38 <br />22-30-22-44-0031 $50.00 <br />27-30-22-13-0008 $430.87 <br />27-30-22-13-0012 $156.94 <br />Total Delinquent Charges $1,314.33 <br /> <br /> <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and supported by <br />Councilmember Hynes-Amlee, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 3 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY } <br /> <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE } <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and Acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, do hereby certify, that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held <br />on the 18th day of October, 2022, with the original on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript <br />therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Sewer Charges. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the Acting City Clerk’s seal this 18th day of October, 2022. <br /> Melissa Lawrence <br />Melissa Lawrence, Acting City Clerk, City of Gem Lake, Minnesota <br />
