City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2022-004 <br />February 15, 2022 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE 2022 FEE SCHEDULE ORDINANCE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by the City of Gem Lake City Council, that said fee schedule was approved and adopted for the 2022 <br />calendar year on January 18, 2022. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, for consistency purposes the City has determined that it is in its best interest to make the fee schedule <br />into an official ordinance that would be the subject of an annual public hearing. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, fees shall be hereby established. In the event of a conflict between this schedule and the City Code the <br />fee schedule shall prevail. An application or code provision may require payment of fees for consultation with <br />experts, professionals, or other qualified persons or for other matters which may result in the imposition of a fee <br />greater than listed in this fee schedule. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the adopted fee schedule is as follows: (See Attachment) <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and seconded <br />by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and <br />0 against. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Melissa Lawrence, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate representation of action taken by <br />the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br /> <br /> <br />Melissa Lawrence January 18, 2022 <br />Melissa Lawrence, Acting City Clerk Date <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
