Short term rental hosting platform license appIication, Appl€cation for the issuance or renewal of a short term rental..hosting platform license shall be.made in writing to the licensing official on farms pro'vided by .the licensing af(Icial and signed and sworn to by the appl€cant or, if the applicant €s a .corporation, limited liability company, ar partnership, by its au.thoriied agent.
