A receptacle designed for the temporary. <br />storage of refuse usually made out of meta or plastic and <br />enclosed with a lid. Yard waste may, however, be temporarily <br />stored in paper or plastic bags.. <br />(3) Construction Dumpster. A mobile receptacle for <br />temporarily storing refuse debris resulting from the <br />construction, demolition, repair or alteration of structures or <br />buildings. Construction 0u.mpsters are transported to the site <br />by truck and range in size from 10 to 45 cubic yards.
