A dumpster located on a residential property without an associated building permit is permitted fora period not to exceed fourteen (14) calendar days and not more than two (2) times in a calendar yea r. H. A dumpster located at a residential property with an associated building permit is permitted throughout the duration of the building project and must.be. removed within fourteen (14) days of the project completion.
