(Code 1999, §.121.010) <br />Secs. 2872-28-20. - Reserved. <br />ARTICLE II. - COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL <br />DIVISION I--GENERALLY <br />Sec. 28-21, - Residential dumpster restrictions. <br />No person shall maintain a dumpster on residential pro pertyfor more than 14 days. DUrnpsters.must be <br />removed within 14 days. Dumpsters must be maintained on bituminous surfaces, not on a residential yard. <br />A person. who wishes to maintain a dumpster for greater than 14 days must obtain.a permit showing good <br />cause for the need to have a dumpster greater than 14 days, <br />(Code 1999, § 121.102) <br />Sec..28-22. -Pods/storage containers. <br />No person shall maintain a Pod or other storage unit on residential property for more than 30 days. A <br />person who wishes to maintain a Pod or storage unit on residential property for greater than 30 days must <br />obtain a permit showing good cause for the need to have.a Pod or other storage unit for more than 30 days. <br />(Code 1999, § 121.104) <br />Secs. 28-23-28-41. - Reserved. <br />DIVISION :Z, - COMMERCIAL., INDUSTRIAL AND LARGE MULTIFAMILY UNITS <br />Sec. 28-48, -.Applicability. <br />This divisionshaII not apply to the:pick-up an.d disposal. of garbage; rubbish, or trash from single-family <br />residential structures or any residential structure containing eight units or less. <br />(Code 1999, § 121.090) <br />Sec. 28-49, - Dutyof residents to. provide, <br />Every person shall arrange for the collection and disposal of accumulated refuse by a. collector at least <br />once a week. <br />
