City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Peddlers, Solicitors, and Transient Merchants <br />Ordinance No. 111 <br />This ordinance regulating the conduct of peddlers, solicitors, and transient merchants within the City of Gem Lake <br />was originally enacted by the City on October 19, 2009. Since that time, the City Council has made amendments to <br />the Ordinances in keeping with changes in State law and the wishes of the community.
