1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation owning an addition or subdivision of land within <br />the City of Gem Lake to represent that any improvements upon any of the streets, or avenues of said <br />addition or subdivision or any sewer or water system in said addition or subdivision has been constructed <br />according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council, or has been supervised or <br />inspected by the City, when such improvements have not been so constructed, supervised or inspected. <br />3. Penalty. <br />1. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Code shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not <br />more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor prescribed under State Law.
