Authorize the Gem Lake to place its 2040 Comprehensive Plan into effect. <br />2. Advise the City to implement the advisory comments in the Review Record for Forecasts, and <br />Surface Water Management. <br />Recommendation of the Environment Committee <br />1. Approve the City of Gem Lake's Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br />Summary of Community Development Committee Discussion/Questions <br />Senior Planner Jake Reilly presented the staff's report to the Committee. No representatives from <br />the City of Gem Lake were in attendance.
