Luther is planning to begin <br />co nstruction.at the end of April 2022..Mr. Sabraski asked about the possibility of using Hoffman Road as <br />an: entrance for construction until MnDOT opens up the road for them. the construction area.and'would. <br />be more than happy to fix. any damage to the road. <br />Resident Paul Emeott had some questionsconcerning the project. His concerns were about automotive <br />dealerships being permitted in the. -gateway district, the plowing of the street and cul=de-sac leading to the <br />dealership and who.would be responsible .for it, and the sidewalk that was mentioned. In. the <br />Co m preh erns ive `Plan. <br />City Planner Evan Monson addressed the concern on the automotive dealerships being permitted. in the <br />gateway district. and let. those in attendance know that the Ordinance.was amended back in:2019 for this <br />project to spec'ifically.happen .by requiring.a Conditional Use Permit because this type of.project is <br />permitted in the adjacent. municipality. <br />Mr. Sabraski addressed the other two concerns on snowplowing and the sidewalk.. At this .time they are <br />still finalizing the details, butthe, snowplowing would.be assumed: by Vadnais Heights for the cui-de-sac, <br />The sidewalk connection will follow the-ia6nstmctionof Willow Lake Blvd when it is completed. <br />Commission Chair Cummings introduced a motion to close :the public hearing at 7;23 p,m.
