City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Septic Systems <br />Ordinance No. 67D <br />This ordinance establishing minimum requirements for regulation of ISTS and MSTS for the treatment and dispersal <br />of sewage within the applicable jurisdiction of the City to protect public health and safety, groundwater quality, and <br />prevent or eliminate the development of public nuisances, was originally enacted by the City in August 1983. The <br />City Council has made amendments to the Ordinances in keeping with changes in State law and the wishes of the <br />community.
