City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Tobacco and Nicotine Regulation <br />Ordinance No. 68 Legend <br />The Ordinance regulating the sale, distribution, possession, and use of tobacco, tobacco products and tobacco related <br />devices was originally enacted by the City Council as Ordinance No. 68 on 13 March 1998. Since that time, the City <br />Council has made amendments to the Ordinance in keeping with changes in State law and the wishes of the <br />community.
