Luther Cadillac The Planning Commission may recall past approvals a few yearsago for a project for Luther Cadillac. The project experienced some delays, but is looking to move forward .again. The. project involves one parcel in the. city, and two parcels. within Vadnais Heights. The projectreceived. approvals previous iyfor a variance, a conditional use permit, and preliminary plat approval. Due. to the project not commending within one year of approval, the. applicant. will have to reapply with the city for necessary :approvals. Update on 2040 Comprehensive Plan The city°s contractor is working on completing the plan.. The contractor received. comments from the Metropolitan Council on.necessary edits and revisions to matte to cornpiete:the plan, which the contractor is currently working on. Depending. on :scheduling, the city may have a.joint meeting with the commission, council, and the contractor to discuss the Comprehensive Plan in the near future. Upon corn letion of. edits identified by the. Met Council, the contractor will submit the. updated draft plan to the Met Council for review; if complete the Met Council would then forward the document to the city for approval.
