Permit Request. <br />Jeff and I are requesting a Conditional Use Permit to build an accessory structure. on our property <br />located at3825 Scheuneman Road Gem Lake; MN 55110. This structure would be located on the <br />Southwest Corner of our property {see.Attached location map}. We are asking fora 35 ft Wide by 40.ft <br />Long (1,440 sq ft)accessary structure to also include a bonus room above. <br />This structure would be used to store lawn equipment and personal vehicles. As shown by the overhead <br />view many of our vehicles are now stored outside. The.bonus room would.be used as a craft room. We <br />Would. .like to rough in sewer anal water into this structure along with gas. and electricity: We believe we <br />would. have to run separate meters for these utilities. There is.a sewer line that runs along the South <br />.property line f rom the residences behind :us. <br />There is one pine tree circled in red on the attached location map that will need to be removed to allow <br />far a gravel driveway to.ba installed to. access the. accessory building. <br />We are not aware of any water sheds on the property. <br />Legal description is attached. <br />Proposed schedule <br />If permit is.approved,. removal of the gardenfence WouId begin this Fa11 2021. The.shed would be moved <br />to another location on the property.
