Consolidated Land Use ordinance outlines zoning requirements for now accessory structures in the <br />city,. Section 1.6, 5.5 notes that "no combinations of accessory buildings .shall be allowed. to exceed one - <br />thousand (1,000) square feet in: size, except by Conditional or Interim Use. Permitfrom the City Counci€". <br />The proposed structure size of 1,440 SF would then trigger the need for a CLIP from the city, <br />Other zoning requirements would be met. The proposed structure would be able to meet the applicable <br />setback requirements required, as it would be .15 feet from the side/south property line, and 35 feet from <br />the rear/west property line. The maximum height permitted for an accessory structure is 25 feet; the <br />proposed structure would be just below that limit at 24:feet 14 inches.
