Table for further reviewistudy <br />RECOMMENIDATION <br />The Planner would recommend approval of the. Conditional Use Permit request to build:.a detached <br />accessory structure exceeding 1,0100 SF in size, at. 3825.Scheuneman Rd.. The following conditions for <br />approval are :recommended: <br />1) The applicant is permitted to build the proposed detached accessory structure to a size of 1,440. <br />square feet, according to the plans submitted to the city and reviewed with this request. <br />2) The applicant is required to .acquire a building permit -from the city .for the proposed structure, and <br />ta.submit. a grading .& erosion control plan to city staff for review prior to issuance of a building <br />permit, so. as to ensure drainage issues fron! the city engineer are addressed. <br />3) Any connections of the proposed accessory structure to city utilities sftall adhere. to applicable city <br />requirements. <br />4) The applicant is required to adhere to al applicable local,. State,. or Federal regulations:. <br />
