A convenient source of water shall be provided at all times to avoid <br /> the congregation of bees at swimming pools, bird baths, or other <br /> water sources where they might come in contact with people or <br /> pets. <br /> <br />C. No wax comb or other such materials are to be left on the grounds of <br /> the property. Upon removal from the hive, all such material shall be <br /> promptly disposed of in a sealed, bee-proof container or placed <br /> within a building or other bee-proof enclosure. <br /> <br />5-1D-3: VIOLATION; PENALTY: Any person who shall violate <br />any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be punished as defined by state law. <br />
