A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />10-68-13. - Keeping of bees. <br />Bees shall not be kept on parcels smaller than two and a quarter (2.25) acres in size or within a PUD as identified by Code. <br />No parcel shall have more than one (1) hive or colony housing structure not to exceed three (3) feet in size in any dimension unless it <br />is an agricultural use. <br />All hives shall be of the removable frame type. <br />All hives shall be kept 100 feet from any property line. <br />Hives shall be kept in a manner that does not create a nuisance to neighbors or general public. Hives found to be unattended, <br />damaged, infected or abandoned shall be deemed a nuisance. <br />Properties of all sizes are encouraged to register their hive with the City for the purpose of Emergency Management. <br />( Ord. 291, SS , 1-18-2022; Ord.
