City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Tobacco Regulation <br />Ordinance No. 68 Legend <br /> <br />The Ordinance regulating the sale, distribution, possession, and use of tobacco, tobacco products and tobacco <br />related devices was originally enacted by the City Council as Ordinance No. 68 on 13 March 1998. Since that <br />time, the City Council has made amendments to the Ordinance in keeping with changes in State law and the <br />wishes of the community.
