26 <br /> <br />City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems (SSTS) <br />Ordinance No. 67D <br /> <br />This ordinance establishing minimum requirements for regulation of ISTS and MSTS for the treatment and dispersal of <br />sewage within the applicable jurisdiction of the City to protect public health and safety, groundwater quality, and <br />prevent or eliminate the development of public nuisances, was originally enacted by the City in August 1983. The City <br />Council has made amendments to the Ordinances in keeping with changes in State law and the wishes of the <br />community.
