Resolution No.: 2025-043 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />1.The proposed lot line adjustment between 3696 Scheuneman Road (PID 273022430027) <br />& 0 Scheuneman Road (PID 273022430029) shall adhere to the dimensions as proposed <br />in the plans submitted to the City on 7/23/24 and reviewed with this request. <br />2.The proposed lot line adjustment shall include new legal descriptions for each parcel. <br />3.The applicant shall comply with the memo provided by the City Engineer dated <br />November 24, 2025. <br />4.The applicant shall record the lot line adjustment with Ramsey County within one year of <br />the date when the request was approved by City Council. <br />5.The applicant shall adhere to all applicable local, State, or Federal regulations. <br />6.The applicant shall acquire any other applicable local, State, or Federal permits for this <br />request. <br />7.The applicant shall pay all fees and escrows associated with this request. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on this 16th day of <br />December, 2025. <br />______________________________ _____________________________ <br />Gretchen Artig-Swomley, Mayor Barbara Suciu, City Clerk
