City of Gem Lake <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2025-040 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE THE <br />RENEWAL OF AN ON-SALE-INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY SALES LIQUOR <br />LICENSE FOR GEM LAKE HILLS, LLC (GEM LAKE GOLF COURSE), <br />4039 SCHEUNEMAN ROAD, GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR 2026 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to issue liquor <br />licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their municipality; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills, LLC, (Gem Lake Golf Course), 4039 Scheuneman Road Gem <br />Lake, has met all the requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lane and the State of <br />Minnesota for an on-sale and Sunday Liquor License for 2026. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake approves the on- <br />sale and Sunday Liquor License for Gem Lake Golf Course, 4039 Scheuneman Road, Gem Lake <br />for 2026. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and <br />supported by Councilmember Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a <br />vote of 4 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Barbara Suciu, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate representation of action <br />taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br /> <br /> December 16, 2025 <br />Barbara Suciu, City Clerk Date <br />
