(and transported by RLW Tr icki g) is being removed front streets in the city of Saint Paul in eoruiec:tion with the Grand/St, Albanz Sturm Sewer Separation Poiizet. None of iliv streets being removed are anywhere near gasoline stations or other possible «cturees of contamination. To date, neither myself nor any other itilr?O, Inc. employee has noied any possible rontanntation of the material being hauled oli site. I laiardoto material is usually identifiable as having strong odors and/or visual film or "rainbow" effects. None of the material excavated has shown these characteristics. Also, during the denim phase of this project, extensive research was done on subsurface conditions by dziltins test holes throughout the project. The drillers did not note the presence of any contam.in;.uita, which they are required to report. i have seen no evidence of any contaminated material being excavated or removed from this project. Also, I have not seen any dueurnentatiun of possible contamination which would warrant further investigation or testing.
