The main concern of MnDOT relative tothe draft <br />of the I-35E report was the lack of prominence of land use comments within the report. Their <br />letter offered a number of suggestions. The PMT considered and agreed to some of the <br />suggestions and modified or developed others. <br />As we agreed, we are not able to modify the report to reflect their desired changes, republish <br />the entire report and then hold public meetings. We are assuming that after the public meetings, <br />and after the comments of the various councils and boards, that we will again have some <br />modifications which would require another publishing of the report. We agreed at the meeting <br />that we will revise some of the sections and provide copies of those major revisions to the PMT <br />for their review. These sections are attached for your review and comments. We are asking that <br />you and other members of the PMT review and submit any comments, findings or conclusions <br />to.
