Off road along south side <br />only from Labore Road to Refitcity border.. On -road.. shoulders from Lahore Road. to East city border <br />(need Gem Lake cooperation)..Destination points include Vadnais Heights Elementary School, fire <br />station (civic area), City Center, many retail businesses, and other businesses. <br />B2 Arcade. StreetlBelland AvenueiEdgerton. Street: Off -road on east/south side from County Rd E to <br />Edgerton andeast side of Edgerton to County Road D. On -road shoulders from County Road E to <br />Berwood Avenue. Berwood Park, fire station (civic area), City Center and retail businesses are <br />destination points. <br />B3 Centerville Road: Needs improved on -road shoulders from Goose Lake Roadarea to HWY. 96. This <br />road will have increased traffic with retail businesses opening up. An off -road bituminous trail <br />should be developed on west side from Edgerton to HWY. 96. This will connect with the existing <br />pathway on the west side of Centerville Road at HWY 96. Destination paints along this trail <br />include, retail businesses on the north and south ends, Bridgewood Park, Vadnais Heights <br />Elementary School, and Christ the Servant Lutheran Church. <br />B4 County Road D: Needs on -road shoulders from Edgerton to Lahore Road. With high density of <br />residents in the area, an off - road trail from Edgerton to Labore Road is necessary. Destination <br />point includes a retail area. <br />B5 Koehler Road:. Off -road from Mc- -enemy Street to Edgerton Street on south side only and from <br />Edgerton Street to Centerville Rr d on the north side only. On -road shoulders from McMenemy <br />Street to CenterviIIe Road. Vadnais Heights Elementary School destination point. MTC Bus route. <br />C6 Clover Ave/Stockdale Road/Edgerton Street: Off road on east side from County Rd F to Koehler <br />Road. On -road shoulders from County Rd. F to Koehler Road. Destinationpoints includefire <br />station, city hall, and Community Park. <br />C7 County Road FfRice.Street: On -road widening of shoulders on County Rd F from Rice Street to <br />McMenemy to match those east of McMenemy Street. Off -road trail on the north side. of County <br />Road F from Rice Street to Centerville Road and east side of Rice Street from. County Rd F to. <br />Gramsie Road. Wetlands area needs special handling. Destination points include businesses, future <br />extension of Community Park, Shoreview trail system, Lake Vadnais and Sucker Lake areas. <br />C8 Greenhaven Drive: Off -road on east/north side. from HWY. 96 to Centerville Road. This road was <br />off -set for development of a sidewalk. This road is heavily utilized due to the .many homes in the <br />area. It provides a safe route to Morningside, Westfield, Bridgewood and Heritage Parks. <br />C9 Highway 96: Off -road south side of Highway 96 along north city border.
