This amendment <br />allows the County to enter into a JPA with the MN County In- <br />surance Trust to purchase insurance for the contract cities <br />exposures. <br />As part of the JPA, the County is to remain in pool for a minimum <br />of 3 years or until the exposure no longer exists if prior to 3 <br />years.
