4.1,4 A. landowner obtaining a hunting perm it.is responsible for ensuring.that the terms of the <br />permit are observed. If a permit is approved by the City Council; the landowner must post a cash <br />security of $50.0.00 before the permit is issued. I f there. is a coinplaint or report that permit terms <br />were violated during -the hunt, the City Council shall hold a.heariog on the. complaint and.reporl; <br />after giving the aftected.owner at least fourteen. 04) days' notice ofthe hearing. If following the <br />hearing the City Council concludes that a permit violation did occur, the Council may require that <br />some ,or all of the cash security bet forfeited to the City, in the Councils. discretion. <br />4..1.5 The maximum duration of a. hunting permit shall be three «tdiye weeks, one hunt per <br />property owner per year.
