Planning Commission Recommendation to City Council: <br />Change to 8.3.1 Dj of the Consolidated Land Use Ordinance 131 <br />Following a Public Hearing, discussion, and motion at the City of Gem Lake Planning <br />Commission Meeting on August 3, 2021, the Planning Commission recommends <br />.approval of the change shown below in Section_8.3.1 ❑] of the Consolidated Land Use <br />Ordinance 131 <br />Delete in Section 8.3 Conditional &'Interim Uses: <br />"8.3.1 Q) The harboring and housing of agricultural animals on lots greater than <br />one (1.0) acre." <br />Replace in Section 8.3 Conditional & Interim Uses. <br />"8.3.1 D) Truck gardening and other commercial horticultural. uses <br />andlor the harboring and housing of agricultural animals on lots greater than one <br />:(1.0) acre. <br />The proposed language is In further support of the recent changes to 5.1, <br />5.3, and 7.3 of the Consolidated Land Use Ordinance 131 that followed a Public <br />Nearing, discussion; and formal motion approved`at the July 6,. 2021 Planning <br />Commission Meeting and action taken at the City Council Meeting on July 26, 2021,, an <br />additional, clarifying change is recommended, below: <br />
