SECTION 8. OWNER TO CLEAN UP AFTER DOO. <br />8-1. Anyowner having-ouaddy or control of any dog on:public propertyshall be.respongible for cleaning <br />tip any feces of thoanimal and* for disposing o:fsuch feces in-a.sanitary manner;:arid shall have in their <br />possession, a-devide or equipment-for*.picking up and removal of animal feces. <br />8 2. Any owner having custody or control of any dog on private property shall be responsible far <br />cleaning up any feces of the animal and for disposing of such. feces in a timely manner, but -in no we <br />shall the feces. remain for longer than a seven.(7) day period. <br />8=3. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to. a.guide dog accompabying a blind person or to a. <br />dog when used in police or rescue :activities: <br />
