City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No, 2021-008 <br />September 21, 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY <br />PROPERTY TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 2022 <br />WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has presented a (Proposed) General Fund <br />$572,628.00 which includes a (Proposed) General Tax Levy of $520Budget of <br />,778.00 and a Debt Tax <br />Levy of $87,282.00 for fiscal and calendar year 2022 based upon best estimates of costs for <br />running the. City of Gem Lake in 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, the estimates were reviewed by the City Council on 17 August, 2021 and amended <br />based upon best information received from outside contractors and input from City Council <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the Cityof Gem Lake <br />formally adopt the 2022 Preliminary Tax Levy as follows does <br />General. Property Tax Levy $507547.00 <br />Fiscal Disparities 13,23 ] .00 <br />Debt Levy 87,282,00 <br />Total Levy $608,060.00 ; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is charged with Certifying said Tax and <br />Debt Levy to Ramsey County Property Taxation and other government bodies for whom <br />information is required, this <br />The foregoing.
