The 2022 0udget.is. proposed Rt $523,27.8, which is a 6.27.% increase from the 2021 Budget.. Major or large changes from the:2021 Budget to"the 2022 Budget are as follows:. I . Based on the 2015 Refunding Bond schedule the debt levy for 2022 is sett for $79,477.00. In addition, in 2015, the City issued bonds for the, improvements on Scheunematn Road. and the 2022:debt levy for this issue is: $7,805.00. The two of these debt levies makes up One City's 2022.debt levy of $87,282. 2. Licenses and Permits decreased $900 for lessbuilding activity. 3. City Council contingency was reduced from $10,000 to $8,000. 4. Clerk/General 0overnment budget includes $18,000 for health insurance coverage. 5: Police.budget was increased 1.0.85% to $95,0.00. The City of White Bear Lake has not. set their budget as of today. 6. The cost, of fire services could increase 14.40% to $29;34106. 7. Building Inspections includes $.14,579 :for a part-time.inspector. 8. Road Maintenance budget includes. $1.5,000 for trimiriing boulevard trees. 9.
