Consideration of Adopting. Resolution Approving 2021 Transfers. (TK) <br />A. REFERENCE AND BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council has the discretion to use unrestricted City finds inthe best interest of <br />the,City. From time to time, the City-transfers.money from. one fund.to�another.for. <br />various reasons. In orddr to complete -these transfers, the City must pass a resolution <br />authorizing these transfers prior to the.end of the fiscal year. Attached is a list of the <br />proposed .2021 transfers and below isa description bfthe:transfers. <br />1.. Transfer from the. General Fund of $25;OOQ.QO to.the Improvement Fund to help <br />fund future improvement projects. This transfer was part of the.2021 budget. <br />B.
