<br />City of Gem Lake Comprehensive Plan GEMLK 140643 <br />Page 95 <br />12.3 Compatibility with Adjacent and Affected Governmental <br />Units <br />The City of Gem Lake will initiate dialog and coordinate efforts with other bordering <br />communities of White Bear Lake, White Bear Township and the City of Vadnais Heights <br />in their approach and planning of connections to Regional Trail facilities including; <br />• Connections to the existing Vadnais Heights trail <br />• Connections to the planned Bruce Vento trail to the east from future development <br />in the southern portion of the City along TH-61. <br />
