Chapter 9, "Housing Plan," describes the current housing <br />situation within the City. Census data is summarized. This <br />chapter also includes a list of goals and policies to guide <br />the future housing mix (quantity, quality, density, and <br />type). <br />Chapter 10, "Storm Drainage Plan," identifies goals and <br />policies that relate to the storm water management system. <br />Chapter 11, "Community Facilities and Service Plan" <br />covers the current status of various community facilities <br />and service arrangements. Police and fire protection, road <br />maintenance, professional assistance, municipal building, <br />public schools, health facilities, and outdoor recreational <br />facilities are dealt with. <br />Chapter 12, "Parks and Open Space Plan" outlines current <br />parks and open spaces, as well as regional facilities serving <br />Gem Lake. <br />Chapter 13, "Plan Implementation," covers the official <br />controls that are currently in place, as well as the <br />development of a Capital Improvement Plan. <br />City of Gem Lake Comprehensive Plan I page 1-2 <br />
