THE CLERK CALLED THE ROLL - <br />PRESENT - Hoffman, Hansen, Arcand, Y-organ & Bemis, and D. Hoffman <br />ABSENT - John Gray <br />3. THE CLERK READ THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD <br />SEPTEMBER LITH 1962, - MOVED BY HANSEN AND SECONDED BY ARCAND <br />THAT SAME BE APPROVED AS READ. ALL AYES, <br />4. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR - None. <br />5. REPORTS OF COMr1ITTEES - <br />a. Bemis presented the copy of the "Zoning Regulations" and will <br />will send one to each of the members.He also presented a new <br />map of the zones on which were several errors, <br />R-I, should include from LaBore road to Daniels drive. <br />R-2 from Daniels drive to Hansen. <br />R-3 West side of Scheuneman Road. <br />Plan - Council discussion at the November meeting. <br />Joint council and public hesring in December. <br />Final action in January. <br />6.UNFINISHED BUSINESS - <br />a. Curfew - tabled. <br />b. Dog ordinance - tabled. <br />7. New BUSINESS - none <br />8. REPORTS OF VILLAGE OFFICERS - <br />a. Arcand moved and <br />Hansen seconded that the treasurer <br />be and is <br />authoized to purchase <br />two 41,000 savings certificates <br />at the <br />First State Bank <br />of White Bear Lake, at the <br />mist favorable rate <br />and time available. <br />ALL AYES. <br />b.
