THE CLERK READ THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD JULY 19th <br />1960 - MOVED BY HANSON AND SECONDED BY GRAY THAT SAME BE ACCEPTED <br />AS READ - ALL AYES, <br />4. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES NONE <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS FROM LAST MEETING - NONE <br />6, NEW BUSINESS - <br />a, ARTHUR H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION CO., presented for preliminat7 <br />discussion a plat for a subdivision on forty acres at the <br />north east corner of the intersection of LaBore Rd., and <br />East County Road E, The plat contains some 98 lots in sizes <br />between 10,000 and 15,000 square feet. Anderson stated that <br />the houses would be $25#000 or more and that he planned a <br />central water system, but individual sewage disposal. He said <br />he had had the land tested for sewage disposal and that it was <br />sand and gravel and very good. He was advised that our lots <br />were limited to 201,000 sq.ft., and that so far we had not <br />eakpleted any zoning ordinance in detail. He did not feel <br />that the 20,000 .sq.ft, ISmitation would discourage him, but <br />he could not prepare another plat until he was advised of the <br />other zoning requirements,Considerable discussion followed. <br />and he was heard to mention that he might get the area annexed <br />to Vadnais Heights. After Anderson and his brother left it <br />was decided to hold another meeting om Monday August 22nd <br />for further discussion of the problem which this raises. <br />
