THE CLERK READ THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD JULY 19th 1960 - MOVED BY HANSON AND SECONDED BY GRAY THAT SAME BE ACCEPTED AS READ - ALL AYES, 4. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES NONE 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS FROM LAST MEETING - NONE 6, NEW BUSINESS - a, ARTHUR H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION CO., presented for preliminat7 discussion a plat for a subdivision on forty acres at the north east corner of the intersection of LaBore Rd., and East County Road E, The plat contains some 98 lots in sizes between 10,000 and 15,000 square feet. Anderson stated that the houses would be $25#000 or more and that he planned a central water system, but individual sewage disposal. He said he had had the land tested for sewage disposal and that it was sand and gravel and very good. He was advised that our lots were limited to 201,000 sq.ft., and that so far we had not eakpleted any zoning ordinance in detail. He did not feel that the 20,000 .sq.ft, ISmitation would discourage him, but he could not prepare another plat until he was advised of the other zoning requirements,Considerable discussion followed. and he was heard to mention that he might get the area annexed to Vadnais Heights. After Anderson and his brother left it was decided to hold another meeting om Monday August 22nd for further discussion of the problem which this raises.
