The project involves no new construction and no land disturbance. It <br />simply repurposes existing horticultural greenhouses and an existing garage while <br />maintaining full compatibility with zoning requirements and the historical use of the <br />property. <br />The Applicant looks forward to working with the City to complete the review process and is <br />prepared to provide any additional documentation the City may request.
