Use is limited to: <br />automotive dealerships. <br />Abutting property shall not. be separated by a railroad or public right -of way. <br />Following the approval of the proposed text amendment, we are applying for a Conditional Use. <br />Permit; to allow the. development. of Luther Cadillac. as specified in the text amendment. <br />If the text amendment is not approved, we. will be requesting City. approval from Gem Lake of a <br />conditional use. permit to allow outdoor display and sales of 'Vehicles, as allowed in Section 18.3.2 <br />of the zoning ordinance. <br />In .either scenario; the requestcomplies with the applicable standards in Section 17.5.9 (Conditional <br />and Interim Uses).
