Is there a <br />moratorium period? <br />• Where is the sewer and water services? <br />■ Last time: I checked they are not allowed to install a pipe and send water ontoan adjacent parcel, o.rat least.. not <br />without an agreement in writing. Which 1 will need to see before approving this plan. <br />• No storm water management or erosion control shown. They need.to submit to us or the watershed dist for <br />approval since this is a redevelopment. <br />Where: is. the set back for parking lot?
