Also attending: Jake Mager, Polar Too1,.Smitty Jeffrey, <br />Contractor. <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Agenda <br />Commissioner Pratt made .a. motion to approve, seconded .by Commissioner Wippich, motion <br />passed.. <br />3660 Scheuneman Road Construction of 60 x 80 Pole Barn <br />5mitty Jeffrey of Jeffrey Enterprises, LLC, provided an overview of the proposed building. at <br />3660 Scheuneman Road. Discussed siding (not allow.in ordinance), lighting, catch basin, <br />landscaping, loading dock in public right of way, and concrete. slab. <br />Council recommendation -- go back to the architect with another plan, address concerns.in.Staff <br />memo. <br />Adi oum <br />m Commissioner Pratt made a motions ..seconded by Commissioner Wip.pich to adjourn the <br />meeting.
