WHEREAS; the..Eity of Gem lake has partially. funded tand participtitedin the multi jurisdictional study of the 145E Corridor: and WHEREAS, the City of.Gem hake Itas cominitted to continue patfieipaftn as a member in the I-35E Corridor Manaaement.Team; and WHEREAS, the C&ridoi• Management Team will continue to poordinate the ongoing balance. of land use and transportation within the I35E Corridor; and VIWHERE AS; continued consultant services will be required tq wist: the Corridor'M Bement. Team; and WHEREAS, self, Inc. has prepared.a scope.of services. to provide such assistance at a cost -not to exceed $4,500.00 per.j dai;-and WHEREAS, the Corridor Management TeaM-has praposed:cott-sharing contributions firdm the participating.local units of government. as follows: the cities of Vadnais Heights and White Bear Lake and White Bear Towiiship. at $1,125.00 each: the City ofNortfi asks at $81:0.00; and the City of Gem Lake at $315.00.; and WHEREAS; Minnespta Department of Transportation, Ramsey County and the Metropolitan Council have agreed to provide .in -kind planning and technical services and p..roject.coordinatiori through the course.of study.
