CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.99.05 <br />23 Augu#.1999 <br />WHEREAS., .Mr. Jim Arend bas advised the City that he intends:to retire. and, therefore', terminate, his eoritract with ibe City.of <br />Gem Lake. effective 01 September 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Allen Ze'pperba* s expressed aA ititerest..in securing this contractuat.position, has been recommended by Mr. <br />Arend for the position., and is duly.qualifed to sery0n the position of Chief Building.lnspector for the City of Gent Lake.. <br />NOW THEREFORC. $E IT RESOLVED,. that the.City C ouncil of the City of Gem Lake does hereby'appoint Mr. Allen <br />Zepper to..act as Chiel`Building inspector of Gern Lake, on.a contractual basis for the period q 1 September 19.99 and annually <br />thereafter subject.to,. reappointment by the.
