[� Z . <br />For the year, the City has received 2,93% of tine budgeted revenue through the end of the first <br />quarter -which is behind last.year at this time, Building permit revenue is higher from :$3.,320. 15 <br />in 2018 to $5,236.70 in 2019. Generally, as the weather warms up so does .permit activity <br />resulting in increases in those revenue sources., Last year the City had received $16,931.22 for <br />Fire Marshall inspections and payments for the Villa of Gem Lake during the first quarter. The <br />City hasn't received these two revenues in 2019, The City has also received. it one-time <br />revenue for the SCORE Grant of $1,035 in 2018, which is yet to be recorded for 2019. The <br />chart on the following page compares budget to. actual revenues for the. last three years, For <br />this chart the monthly revenues are 11121h of the total revenue budget with the exception of <br />property taxes which are.included in the July and December budget numbers only. One ban <br />see that revenues. are down compared to previous year for the. reasons noted above. The <br />revenues will be. adjusted to include $11,300 for various licenses and $7,912 of sheriff east <br />adjustments both of which were received at the beginning of April. <br />
