Motorized golf carts may not drive on county roads within the city or <br />cross comity roads within the city. <br />I. The operator must be disabled, have a certificate signed by a physician <br />stating that the applicant is able to safely operate a motorized golf cart <br />on the. City roadways and posses a valid driver's license. <br />
