MUNICIPAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into between the TOWN OF WHITE BEAR (the. <br />TOWN), a political subdivision under the laws'of the State of Minnesota, and the. CITY -OF <br />GEM LAKE (the CITY), a Minnesota municipal corporation. <br />WHEREAS, the CITY is. in need of personnel to provide municipal services to. its residents., <br />AND WHEREAS, the TOWN is able to perform such municipal services. at an hourly rate, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration. the parties.agree as follows_: <br />That the TOWN shall provide the following staff to perform such municipal services at the <br />direction of the CITY at the f ilewi ft4es a rate of $10..0 per hour: <br />Building Inspector <br />Administrative Secretary <br />City Treasurer (Finance Officer).. <br />Accounting Clerk/Administrative Secretary <br />Clerk (City Clerk) <br />Public Works Maintenance Worker (Seasonal and/or Regular. & after hours) <br />Town Planner <br />Equipment Used to Perform Services <br />The charges to the CITY shall be.itemized with specific. reference to the type of work performed. <br />The T-03AW shall only eharge the r4e ass.,, #+e even <br />individol w4h a h4gher rate has tapeffeFi:a the sefviees, the TOWN shall a&ise the CITY wit <br />iu uui . <br />The TOWN and the CITY shall indemnify and hold each other harmless for any loss or liability <br />arising from performing services under this Agreement. <br />At all times during the term, including any renewal tern; the TOWN sliall keep in full force and <br />effect. a policy or policies of liability insurance. with respect to the personnel and services <br />described in this. Agreement, with companies licensed to .do business in the State of Minnesota. . <br />The TOWN shall. name the CITY as an additional. named insured and shall provide.adequate <br />coverage -under reasonable limits of liability of not less than the statutory limits for <br />municipalities.. The TOWN agrees to hold the CITY harmless and agrees to defend and <br />indemnify the CITY for any clans related to its responsibilities under this Agreement. <br />At all times during the term, including anyrenewal term, the CITY shall keep in. full force and <br />effect a policy or policies ofliability insurance. with respect to the use ..of and reliance upon.
