The CITY shall <br />name the TOWN as an additional.named. insured and.shall provide adequate coverage under <br />.reasonable limits. of liability of not less than the statutory .limits for municipalities. The CITY <br />agrees to llold'the.TOWN harTnIess and agrees to defend and indemnify the TOWN for any <br />claims related to the use of or reliance upon CITY documents and materials by employees of the <br />TOWN performing duties pursuant to this Agreement. <br />The Municipal Services Agreement shall be renewed: on a per antrum basis, and the TOWN shall <br />provide the CITY in September the estimated prevailing hourly rate of the individuals that wiII <br />service: this Agreement. The CITY, before approving. the Agreement, shall have a set hourly rate <br />fiom the TOWN. <br />The. TOWN or the CITY may terminate this.
