E, <br />GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA. FOR 2020, <br />WHEREAS,. The. City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State. of Minnesota to <br />issue liquor licenses to approved :and authorized establishments within their <br />municipality;. <br />WHEREAS; Black Sea Restaurant, 1581 County Road E. E, Gem Lake, has Met all <br />the requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lake and the. State of Minnesota <br />for a wine license for 2020, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake <br />approves the wine license for Black Sea Restaurant,1581 County Road E.
