Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to <br />issue liquor.licenses to approved and authorized. establishments within their <br />municipality; <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills, LLC, (Gem Lake Golf Course), 4039 Scheuneman <br />Road Gem Lake, has met. all the requirements set forth. with. the City of Gem <br />Lake. and the State of Minnesota for a on sale and Sunday liquor license for 2020, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake. <br />approves the on sale. and Sunday liquor license for Gear► Lake Golf Course, 4039 <br />Scheuneman Road, Gem.
